We follow a stringent quality and process control system at every stage of manufacturing in Machine Shop starting from Raw Material Inspection, Setup-wise Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection etc. We have an in-build system of First Piece Inspection / Client Approval before starting mass production. This system help us to understand client’s quality standards and prevent us from any dimensional, geometrical and surface finish related deviations on later stages and at client’s in-house inspection.

Most of our clients relay on our internal inspection since we have a track record of supplying almost defect free, zero deviation items based on our quality performance at their end. We are very transparent in our inspection activities, even if we find any minor deviation in quality at any stage of manufacturing we communicate to client and take their prior approval or clearance for dispatch. This ‘transparency’ helps us to build ‘trust’ among our clients.
